The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. 此次开工的国家电投集贤150MW渔光互补光伏发电项目坚持绿色可持续发展理念，总投资10.15亿元，集采煤沉陷区生态修复、集中式光伏发电储能、寒地循环渔业养殖为一体，充分利用集贤县东荣矿采煤沉陷地约5000亩坑塘水面，不占用耕地和林地，打造“水上发电、水下养殖”的复合产业模式。项目建成后，首年发电量预计可达22510.63万千瓦时，年均发电量约为20844.84万千瓦时。

据国家电投集贤150MW渔光互补光伏发电项目相关负责人张君祥介绍，项目采用预应力管桩支架和柔性支架相结合的方案，积极应用新技术、新设备，探索最适宜采煤沉陷区地面沉降和高寒地区水面冬季结冰情况下光伏规模化应用的有效路径，以项目建设带动科技创新和产业发展。同时，在项目施工过程中，施工单位将改变高寒地区冬季停工传统，把冰天雪地的劣势变成冰面施工的优势，抢工期、抢进度，推动项目尽早投产达效。
